Kenneth Sola (born August 25, 1985 in Stavanger) is a Norwegian footballer who currently plays for Sandnes Ulf.

Sola has extensive experience playing professionally in his native Norway, for IL Havdur, Viking FK and Skeid, before moving to stored Adeccoligaen side Stavanger IF in 2006.[1] He played to Norwegian cup matches for Viking, did no get any caps in the Norwegian Premier League. He played 82 goals and scored 15 goals for Stavanger.[2][3]
Sola relocated to the United States in 2010 when he signed to play for the Real Maryland Monarchs in the USL Second Division. He made his debut for the team on April 17, 2010 in the team's 2010 season opener against the Pittsburgh Riverhounds.[4]
